The daughter of a murdered financier is working as a jewelry salesperson while she tracks those among her father's colleagues who plotted against him.

Dinner at the Ritz is a 1937 British mystery romance film directed by Harold D. Schuster and starring David Niven, Annabella, and Paul Lukas. It was written by Roland Pertwee and Romney Brent, produced by the British branch of 20th Century Fox, and shot at Denham Studios.

In this sophisticated whodunit, a French woman teams with a British agent to expose the culprits who made her father's murder look like a suicide. TRIVIA: French actress Annabella was the first wife of Tyrone Power.
